We offer Infrared inspections for condo structures, to help our clients on finding water intrusion, caused by stucco leak, flat roof, windows, doors, parkade and concrete slab or foundations. There is no other way to accomplish this as effectively and easily as an non destructive, envelope inspection bundle with Infrared technology. Note: In some cases infrared inspection alone is not sufficient to detected the origin of the water intrusion on the exterior of your building, some different type of inspection may require other type of equipments and different type of inspection. Before booking an inspection we suggest our clients, to perform our self-assessment or talk to our front desk, alternatively you can book a visual assessment to avoid to book the wrong service.
